Note: You must create an account on this Thinkific website in order to purchase a PCA training course


Step 1: Course Selection

Click on the "Courses" button on the top navigation bar and select the course that you wish to purchase.  



Step 2: Account Registration

Click on the "Buy Now" button. If you have yet to create an account on Thinkfic, you will be prompted to do so now. You need only enter your First Name, Last Name, email, and a password. You will receive a verification email to the address provided to activate the account.

***It is crucial to provide your Full Name as this information will be displayed on your course completion certificate, and once confirmed, cannot be modified. ***


Step 3: Payment Process

After creating your account, you will be able to purchase a course. 

If you have a coupon code, enter it to apply the applicable discount and the price of the course will be adjusted accordingly. 

The platform accepts multiple payment methods, including credit card, PayPal, and Stripe. Choose the method that is most convenient for you.



Step 4: Email Confirmation

Once you have completed your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email within one day. This email will contain detailed information such as your order number (a serial number), date of purchase, payment method, and the total amount paid.


Step 5: Course Completion

Purchased courses can be accessed from your Dashboard which can be viewed by selecting "My Dashboard" on the top navigation bar.



You must watch the training video and obtain a mark of 60% or higher in the multiple-choice quiz in order to complete the course.


Step 6: Certificate of Completion

Once you have completed a training course, you will receive a personalised certificate. 

You may save a copy of this certificate and send it to your employer's compliance department as proof of course attendance.
