  • 2. Can I access the course on my mobile device?

    Yes, our courses are mobile-friendly. You can access them on your smartphone, iPad or tablet using the mobile version option on our platform.

  • 3. Can I share my course access with others?

    Each course enrolment is intended for one user, and certificates shall only be issued in the name of the registered account holder. Sharing access violates our terms of service and may result in the removal of course access with no refunds issued.

  • 4. How long do I have to take each course?

    The courses you purchase are relevant for the year of 2024.

  • 5. Are the courses refundable upon purchase?

    No, once the payment is made, the courses are non-refundable.

  • 6. What payment methods are accepted?

    We accept payments using a Credit Card. You can select your preferred payment option during the checkout process.

  • 1. Will I receive a certificate upon completing a training course?

    Yes, upon successfully completing a training course, you will receive a certificate of completion. This certificate can be shared on platforms such as LinkedIn, and it will include a unique code/verifiable link. The certificate will display the full name of the individual who purchased the course (as shown within their Thinkifc account) and the number of hours which is based on the course's duration. However, please note that whilst Peak Compliance Associates (PCA) is not an accredited CPT provider, we believe that our online courses can be considered as relevant CPT courses upon the confirmation of the licensed individual’s employer as our courses focus on the latest compliance and SFC regulatory requirements in Hong Kong.
